“They did so much good work fixing our old plaster walls and painting our house and its many unusual surfaces. We're left with a beautiful home that honors its classic style and feels fresh and clean.”

A house painter in Davenport who respects older homes
Davenport has some of the most beautiful older homes in the Quad Cities — Victorians in the Gold Coast and Hamburg districts, brick foursquares in McClellan Heights, and post-war ranches across the west end. Many of them still have original plaster walls, layers of old trim paint, and wood siding that needs real prep before it will hold a new coat.
That's the kind of work we enjoy. As a house painter in Davenport, we spend most of our time on the parts you don't see: scraping and sanding failing paint, repairing cracked plaster, caulking gaps, and priming bare wood. Then the Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore finish goes on and lasts.
Painting for Davenport weather
Homes near the Mississippi see humid summers, hard freezes, and wind-driven rain. South- and west-facing walls fade first. We plan exterior painting around temperature and humidity so the paint cures properly, and we pick products made for that exposure.
Inside, we handle full-home repaints, kitchens, basements, and cabinet painting in Davenport — plus drywall and plaster repair when a leak or settling crack needs attention.

What Davenport-area homeowners say
“Kevin is a real paint professional. I called 3 contractors and Kevin was the first to get back to me. They covered and enclosed the rooms and even put paper down on the path they walked. Highly recommend!”
